ASKING FOR A FAVOR or REQUESTING

In certain situations sometimes we are required to ask for help / help from others. We need not be shy or embarrassed because this is a normal thing. Have you ever asked someone for something? If so, how do you say it?
The following is a method that you can use when asking for favor.

Asking for a Favor 
Please using these phrases when you ask for favor : 
- Can you do me a favor
- may I + verb 1 
  Example : May i use your handphone ?
- could / would you do me a favor ?
- could you please + verb 
Example : could you please trun the lamp ?
- Could you possibly + verb
Example : Could you possibly give me some advice? 
- Could I ask/bother/trouble you + infinitive 
Example : could i ask you help my brother ? 
- Would you mind + verb + ing
Example : would you mind giving me some fruit ?

Granting a Favor
When you want to help someone, you can using these phrases : 
-Sure
-No problem.
-I'd be happy to help you.
-It would be my pleasure.
-I'd be glad to help out.

Refusing a Favor 
You can also say " no " to someone if you can't help. It's better to use sentences that don't hurt someone's heart. You can using these phrases : 
-I'm afraid I can't.
-Sorry, but I'm unable + infinitive
-Unfortunately, I'm not able + infinitive.
-Regrettably, I can't + verb
